Iowa Child Care Crisis

From KCCI: "Child care providers warn there are not enough services in Iowa for the number of children who need it. According to Child Care Aware, it costs an average of over $10,000 a year to have an infant in center-based care in Iowa. "Iowa has lost 4 percent of its child care providers in just the last five years,” said Laurie Wernli, with Perry Child Development Center.
